Specialty coffee has an origin. So does matcha, cheese, olive oil. Chocolate never really did, even "craft" chocolate on Polish shelves was still a commercial product, mass-produced with no real taste of place.
While traveling, we started seeking out single-origin chocolate wherever we could find it. Once we began comparing bars from different farms and regions, there was no going back. That curiosity turned into a hot chocolate pop-up one winter.
Sourcing straight from estates and small farms rather than commodity brokers, so more value reaches the producer.
Every bar shows origin, harvest, cacao percentage, and the maker behind the magic.
Treating chocolate as an exploration, not just a snack. Education is part of the experience.
Working as close to the farm as possible, cutting out the layers that separate producers from fair value.
Prioritizing small estates and bean-to-bar makers over large commercial producers, even where it's harder to source consistently.
A tightly curated selection we'd personally vouch for, rather than trying to stock everything.
Always showing origin, harvest, cacao %, and the maker behind the bar.
Treating chocolate as something to explore, not just a snack — education is part of the product.
Proud to be building this from Poland, even while everything we sell comes from elsewhere.
